ME Controller is only available as chisel mod (futura block) and so not usable ?!

Im playing Ultimate Reloaded 1.5.0

No crafting recipe for the AE2 version only chisel... like it doesnt exist

when cheated it on online server or local/single player it acts like a 'stone block'
its possible to edit it with the chisel and it becomes another block (like the chisel mod works)

I just found out that its in easy mode ?
probably doesnt need to exist then..
