Describe the bug

In the Fluid Terminal, the Tooltip when hovering over a fluid, and the amount displayed in the Terminal directly, can be different, if they are, usually the amount on the fluid directly is rounded wrong.

To Reproduce

Put fractions of a bucket into the ME System by some method.

Example:
Put 1800 mB of a fluid into the system. The Tooltip will correctly display it as 1.8B, the terminal itself will show 1.79B

Expected behavior

Correct rounding of values, with the tooltip showing the exact amount, and the Terminal showing the rounded amount.
