Whenever I try to start my modpack server, AE2 runs into an exception. I do not know what is causing it, and I have tried reading the log myself.

this does not look like it has anything to do with AE2

this looks way more relevant

and it hints to decocraft having issues because it is not properly declaring a depending lib-mod PTRLib

Just out of interest, what made you believe that

AE2 runs into an exception

because it is not even part anywhere in the trace!
