Certain items glitch out in ME Network

Describe the bug
Vis crystals from Thaumcraft 6 glitch out it ME Network, happens with ME Storage Cells, Storage Buses attached to chests and Storage Drawers. This also happens with configured Steam Dynamos and configured Matter Receivers from RFTools regardless of where you store them. Tested in a flat world in FTB Revelation and also in an instance with just Thaumcraft and Applied Energistics, same issue occurs.
To Reproduce
Just put some Vis Crystals (more than a single stack and more than one type) in ME Network then close and reopen the terminal window a few times.
Expected behavior
I expect them to not bounce around all over my terminal
