Recently, I put AE2 into my server. At first I found a problem that the Storage Cell world's DimensionID was 2, but my resources world's dimension id is 2, so I turn 'storageDimensionID' to 5, 5 was free.

I think it would be work, but when I launch my server, sponge reported on a WARN:

[12:58:16] [Server thread/WARN] [Sponge]: World [DIM5] (5) is attempting to be registered as an existing dimension but it's dimension id has already been registered for folder [null]. This means the world has been copied outside of Sponge. This is not a supported configuration.

This WARN was not be reported after I turn 'storageDimensionID' to 5. This WARN was be reported on the second launch.

Then, I tryed to entry the storage cell world with command, my server crashed.

well that is a Sponge Issue then, not AE2

PS: also sponge is not supported by AE2 as far as i know

But the warning is pretty clear on your issue, the AE2 dimension was created in a folder that is still linked by sponge in some kind of way to the dimension id 2 and chaning the ID by mod config resulting in sponge believing you conpied the folders manually ... but this is sponge specific and i have no clue on what to do

sorry for the typos and edits, coffee still making it's way into my brain
