Applied Energistics 2 Server Problem - Sky Factory 4

AE2 Is having issues on a server for Sky Factory 4.
Describe the bug
When I first log into the server world, my ME system is powered and working but it won't let me pull anything out of the system or put things into it. I have to break the energy acceptor block and replace it and it works for a bit, but when I exit the ME System it does it again when I go back to use it. I have to keep breaking and replacing the Energy Accepter block. There is NO security system connected to the system.
To Reproduce
I have 42 Filing cabinets connected to my system with STORAGE BUSes.
Expected behavior
AE2 System to work as intended.
