I had 9mb water in the Cell, and I added lava to fulfill it. But actually it turned out that the Cell storaged too much fluid.
Then I used fluid outputbus to output the water. But I can't input the 9mb water back later.
The same problem comes when I had other weird numbers of fluid.

(I had done this to provide excact number of fluid for the modified GT assembly line)
ME-IO Port sometimes has this problem, while sometimes it doesn't.
