Add a GUI text color & selection color configuration in the assets/appliedenergistics2/...
Read text color to Render from config.

Reasons why it should be considered

I am currently working on the Dark theme for AE, which is almost working properly, but some of the text colors can't be modified.
I need a configuration that can change the default text color & selection color, which should be easy to do.
