I posted the following on the JAOPCA discord:

In JAOPCA for 1.15.2 I created some recipes to make certus quartz into: <item:appliedenergistics2:certus_quartz_dust> I used the Mekanism Crusher, but JAOPCA converts the dust to: <item:jaopca:dusts.certus_quartz> which is not compatible with Applied Energistics.

The response:

applied energistics not using the ore dict I see

As it is now, I will need to write additional recipe changes to get this to work. If AE2 used the ore dictionary, then there would be no need and would provide more compatibility.
