Nether Ore Generation not working

Describe the bug

Nether ore generation gets eaten or removed when these two mods are installed alongside each other. Installing them independently of each other and generating new chunks in the nether restores the ore generation back to what it should be.

To Reproduce

Install both mods and generate terrain in the nether.

Expected behavior

Expect nether gold and nether quartz ore to spawn as it normally does in Vanilla.

Just checked issues to see that optifine isn't supported. My apologies.
