Minecraft Forge 1.16.4, Forge 35.1.13, Applied Energistics 2 8.1.0 mod.

In the middle of the craters where the meteor itself should be, plus some scatters of the meteor rock around the area, those blocks are just clock icons of the sky compass, not what they should be.

Other terrain mods installed include Biomes o Plenty, Oh The Biomes You'll Go, and Ars Nouveau.

It looks like it might be another mod issue or Forge. Keeping this open to ensure you know it's affecting your mod too.

Other mod's blocks in certain areas like Fluffy Puff plants are showing some other item instead of the proper item. Destroying them may reveal the actual proper block, or it may not destroy at all.

The sky compass of AE2 can't be destroyed, standing on them just causes the player to jitter in place until they wiggle themselves free.

An error on destroying other blocks is "Mismatch in destroy block pos..."
