When loading a world, leaving and loading a world with the same properties as described below, the screen will be stuck on 100%.

Describe the bug
Loading a world with an active annihilation plane (or possibly other circumstances that were not found in testing) after such a world was already loaded will not complete the loading process. Logs show spawn are stuck at 83 or 0% before having time elapsed and not continuing.

To Reproduce
Make a world in below specified environment. Place an Annihilation plane and give it power as well as storage. The plane does not need to break a block. Leave the world and attempt to enter again.

Expected behavior
Just load the world, not sure what to say here really.

I don't think you'll find anything in here. DebugLogging is enabled.

Do you think you could generate a thread dump? It's very helpful to be able to tell what the server is doing.
