Currently there is no IC2/EU available for 1.16, yet we still support it to convert energy values into it.

As we further do not support EU yet, we should at least disable this option to avoid confusion and just limit it to AE as well as RF, which is otherwise supported. Once IC2 is back, we can add support for it again and enable the option again.
