AE2 energy input/output is capped

Describe the bug
We are using the most recent version in 1.16.5, basically we have a mekanism reactor and turbine setup and are pumping energy from the turbine into a P2P bus and exporting it into some machines. The issue comes when we increase power on the reactor, the terminals all stop working (security and crafting and fluid terminals) BUT wireless terminals still work. We can see items in the terminals but cannot interact with them. This happens when energy usage (input OR output is high). I am pulling 250kFe/T from the ME network, and inserting ~76kFe/T, if I go any higher the terminals (besides wireless) all stop functioning as expected. Power is on as I can see items, just not interact.
To Reproduce
Import >500kFe/T to the AE2 network over a cable, check terminal for responsiveness
Expected behavior
Expected behavior is everything should work properly no matter how much energy is being transferred over the network (unless there IS a hard limit...)
Additional context
We are using mekanism cables throughout, everything works great except when we try and pump more than 500kFe/T in or out of the network
Environment
- Environment: Minecraft 1.16.5, Forge 36.0.45, AE2 8.3.0-Alpha1, no crash occurs and nothing in the logs
energy is calculated per tick. Same as a car can only store so much fuel, it is limited to provide as much power per tick as the car can drive a day (assuming you can only fuel up once a day) ... You need bigger tank then
