Describe the bug

When running the AE2 8.3.0 with Forge 36.1.16 (acquired from CurseForge), right clicking the vibration chamber does not open a gui.

To Reproduce

Create a New Profile in CurseForge and add AE2. Upon joining a game, place a Vibration Chamber and right click on it.
This applies to both singleplayer and multiplayer worlds.

Expected behavior

A GUI interface should appear

#5176 and #5177 both seem to be the same issue, but were closed because the issue was poorly described.
