P2P Tunnels not working (Fabric)

P2P Tunnels, after condensing into a single channel, seem to not reach the destination ME Controller (or Dense Cables) to be re-expanded into original channels. It just says 'Missing Channel' on the destination P2P Tunnel (This was tested on a network of no more than 4 channels).
Additionally, power is not transferred through them, and no more than 8 channels can be put in the source P2P at one time unless an ME Controller is on that sub-network.
To Reproduce
Match the above conditions.
- Environment:
Fabric 8.2.0
Hi, could you provide step-by-step instructions describing how to reproduce this, ideally with a minimal system? Keep in mind we will essentially be building the system from scratch in a superflat world - making it as small as possible will help us with both building and debugging.
The system that outlines the bug that p2p's aren't sending power through themselves:
ME Crafting terminal -> Fluix ME Smart Cable Junction:
- One path goes left to some way of providing power. I used: Tech Reborn's Creative Solar Panel-> Superconducter cable -> Energy Acceptor-> Fluix ME Smart Cable
- The Other path in the junction: ME Controller -> P2P Tunnel(Receiving end) -> Fluix ME Smart Cable -> Fluix ME Smart Cable-> P2P Tunnel(Sending end) -> Fluix ME Dense Smart Cable ->16 ME Interfaces (8 on the left, 8 on the right)
The 16 ME interfaces and the 2 P2P Tunnels don't receive power in this configuration. However, if you add power directly to the cable holding the 16 ME interfaces, they then receive power but the cables still say 0 out of 32 channels are being used. If you disconnect one side so only 8 interfaces are on the line, the Smart cable will say 8 of 32 channels are used. Additionally, if you add a crafting recipe to an interface (while only 8 interfaces are connected), you will not see it in the crafting terminal.
The segment with the 2 P2P Tunnels must be individually powered for the Crafting terminal to see the crafting recipe. Once the P2P's line is powered, you can have 16 channels on the sending end of the P2P as well.
