Garbage NBT on drives after getting full of item types

Describe the bug
Cells keep items NBT even after emptying after reaching maximum item types

To Reproduce
Fill cell with 63 types of items
Remove items and notice NBT tag count remaining 128 until its empty but with 126 tags

Expected behavior
Trimming NBT data like it does until it fills all the item types
