Devices doesn't connect if it's too far from controller

Hello,

I'm using AE2 8.4.0 1.16.5, Forge 36.1.32.

Describe the bug

Devices that are far from the controller cannot connect despite the sufficient number of channels.

To Reproduce

Simple ME Network with controller or P2P controller (in my case), connect a ME Import Bus (or other) far from it, no channel connection.

Expected behavior

Should connect to the ME Network.

Can be a conflict with another mod but i don't know

Edit: P2P Tunnel was mislinked (x input to x output wich is impossible to do according to the wiki, I had to link 2 P2P Tunnel together with a memory card)
