A problem encounters when using Matter Cannon to attack Ender Dragon

Describe the bug
All entities in the world cannot move, blocks and items cannot be interacted, and the client hangs.
CPU usage is very high.

To Reproduce
Hit the Ender Dragon with Matter Cannon.(Iron/Gold Nugget,Matter ball)

Expected behavior
The Ender Dragon receives damage

Additional context

Environment

(MC 1.16.5 AE 8.4.0)
(MC 1.12.2 AE rv6-stable-7)

I think this is a calculation problem when the ender dragon is damaged by a Matter Cannon attack.There is an infinite loop.

Fixed on fabric 9.0.0 alpha.4, and then first forge version in 1.17 after backport.
