Describe the bug

Please describe as best as possible.
When Charged Certus Quartz Ore is found in the world and harvested with a pickaxe on Fabric noting is dropped. Harvesting normal Certus ore yields expected results.

How to reproduce the bug
Attempt to break any source of Charged Certus Quartz Ore to get a crystal.

Expected behavior
I expected to mine the ore with a stone or Iron pickaxe and it to drop a charged certus quartz crystal.

Additional details
Normal Certus Ore drops normal crystals as expected.

Which minecraft version are you using?
1.17.1

On which mod loaders does it happen?
Fabric 0.11.7
