Describe the feature

Add recipe categories for seed -> crystal growth recipes to REI (and JEI on Forge) to make them more discoverable, especially after the recent changes. Could also mention the various growth times depending on the number of CGAs.

Reasons why it should be considered

To make exploring recipes easier.

I wanted to do a bit more than this, but REI doesn't expose the "scrollable textbox" in it's API,
and the tooltips sadly don't have word wrap or formatting :-(
