For fluid amount inputs like in the level emitter (and hopefully crafting amount selection and pattern terminal encoding), we should have decimal buckets input, rounded internally to the correct unit. This will match how the amount is displayed, and will also allow entering exact droplet amounts by providing enough decimals. For example, entering 0.333333 should lead to exactly 27000 droplets.
