When a pattern provider is broken (pickaxe or wrench), some NBT (relating to its blocking mode and interface terminal visibility) is retained

How to reproduce the bug

1. Place a pattern provider
2. Break it with a pickaxe or wrench

Expected behavior

The dropped block will have no NBT
