Describe the bug

When you remove a pattern from the pattern provider, it instead of removing the pattern from the crafting terminal, pattern terminal, etc it creates a new pattern that you can't get rid of, the materials for said new unwanted pattern is the item itself. I removed my pattern provider and it still existed. I had to rip apart most of my network to get rid of it.

Expected behavior

The pattern to be removed, without a ghost pattern being created.
