When in processing mode, it should be possible to directly input the amounts for each slot and the output slot.
This is especially useful for fluids where some crafts may require odd amounts of fluid.

Potentially open the Amount-UI via Middle-Click?

This should be shown in the tooltip of the item in the slot, however.
