Describe the feature

Currently in 1.18 Quartz Fiber can only be made with Certus Quartz dust. I suggest allowing Nether Quartz to be used as a replacement, given the fiber's coloring. Either that, or changing the coloring to better reflect the material being used to craft it.

Reasons why it should be considered

Previously, nether quartz dust was also an option when crafting Quartz Fiber, but with the removal of both it and several other items, the only option is now certus quartz dust. Given that certus quartz dust is now the only option for several items including Tiny TNT, Quartz Glass, Silicon, and Quartz Fiber, I recommend this change in order to reduce the need for a limited resource (there is currently no way to acquire certus quartz dust outside of mining it with the removal of the Quartz Grinder).
