Memory card's tooltip is not translated

Describe the bug
When you have a memory card on a ME P2P tunnel, its tooltip is item.ae2.me_p2p_tunnel.name.name. Same goes for other P2P tunnels
How to reproduce the bug
- Place a ME P2P tunnel block
- Shift right-click it with a memory card
- Look at its tooltip
Expected behavior
IIRC the tooltip should say the tunnel type and channel
