Describe the bug
I`m play appliedenergistics2-10.1.0-beta.2.jar
When building a network using a level emitter and toggle bus, the level emitter flashes.
In that state, other connected devices also flashed and became unusable.

How to reproduce the bug
I connected the level emitter, toggle bus, cable and me controller.
Expected behavior
Cannot use level emitter and toggle bus
