AE2 Meteor Gen Cause World To Hang

Describe the bug

Context : I'm running an SMP Server on the latest All of Fabric pack without any issue so far however yesterday when moving north exploring the server would be running fine but upon attempting to generate in a plains the game was also attempting to generate and AE2 meteor which would cause the server to crash or hang indefinitely when disabling the server watchdog. After removing AE2, I tried about 20 other mods in the pack beforehand to see if they were causing the issue but they were not causing the issue, the AE2 meteor that tried to generate has been cut off by and Minecraft caves and cliff generation feature. Maybe it was clash with this feature when genning the chunk that caused the server to hang.

How to reproduce the bug

Open up the world seed below, go to the following coordinates (-3714 110 -12922) and then fly north and when you cross a river, the game will then freeze in attempting to generate the chunks which are around the meteor cords (-3735 74 -13475 XYZ); I was able to replicate this in single player where the game will freeze and has to be forced closed via task manager.

Expected behavior

The world to generate normally without the whole server freezing.

I have exactly the same problem. For more accurate replication of the problem, I used MultiMC only with: fabric loader 0.13.3, fabric API 0.46.4 + 1.18, Applied Energistic 2 10.1.1-beta2. The error usually occurs when a meteorite is generated in a lava lake that is flooded with water. In one case, a "render stoped" message appeared in my log.
For replication: seed -3974946898259981842 coordinates -2007.63, -700

I could not reproduce this on either 1.18.2 or 1.20, so I am assuming this is fixed.
