Placing facades does not update neighboring blocks

Describe the bug
When a cable is placed next to a block that connects to neighbors (i.e. walls and fences) and the facade is placed on the cable after the wall or fence is placed, then the wall or fence will not connect to the facade. If the facade is placed first and the wall or fence after that, then it connects properly.
How to reproduce the bug
- Place wall/fence
- Place cable
- Place facade
- Wall/fence won't connect to the facade
Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable
Expected behavior
Walls and fences should connect to facades irrespective of the placement order.
Additional details
On the left side, the walls were placed before the cable and facades, on the right side the cable and facades were placed before the walls. The cobblestone wall is vanilla, the wall in the middle is the Framed Wall from FramedBlocks.
