Describe the bug

When I use AE2 mod along with mods Simple BC Pipes and Universal Graves, blocks are displayed incorrectly.

How to reproduce the bug

1. Install mods on your client and server
   Download: mods.zip
2. Start the server and go to it
3. We turn on the spectate mode, and look underground

Expected behavior

I want you to correct this error, or help to figure out what is causing this.

Sounds like a Universal Graves issue given the hacks they use to make that mod server-side only.
