certus quartz seed and fluix seed despawning after 10ish mins, just using water no growth accelerator
using appliedenergistics2-11.0.0.jar in the FTB Direwolf20 pack

Yes it's been reported twice already in the past few days. See also #6292. It's an issue with one of the mods the pack includes.
