Export buses/interfaces not working on subnetwork

Describe the bug
Running Valhelsia 1.2.2.
I have a subnetwork setup (interface -> storage bus -> export bus / interfaces) and none of the items I have configured seem to being output (into crystal chests from iron chests and grinders from tech reborn).
I've put down creative energy cells on both the net and subnet, and confirmed that every export bus and interface say "device online" and I'm not maxing out channels. I tried putting a terminal on the subnet and it displays all the items.
I've set the interface priority to 1000, and played around with the export bus's input settings, but that didn't seem to help either.
My network was having issues where contents of storage cells were disappearing before I removed and reinserted them, but I think that's now gone away, in case that might be related.
The setup was working for a while, then it suddenly stopped.
How to reproduce the bug
Unfortunately I'm not sure. Any tips on debugging this issue would be helpful.
Expected behavior
Export buses output to chests and interfaces stock the requested items.

I think this is basically the same issue as #6211, I'll see what I can do to release a fix in a few days.
I'm playing on the Plexiglass pack, which has version 11.1.3, and the Interface->Storage Bus subnet doesn't seem to work. (It's been a long time since I've played with AE2, so I may be a bit rusty on subnets and such). I'm trying to get around the 9 slot limit for the pattern provider (I seem to remember years ago doing something like 5 flat interfaces around an interface block to get 45 recipes, which doesn't seem to work with the Pattern Block version).
I have Pattern Provider->ME Interface (tried a pattern provider block, and that didn't work)->Storage Bus-to-export bus subnet->Crusher. I also have a terminal that is connected so I could verify that the gravel was in the interface. It's not showing up in the subnet. There's also a 2nd pattern provider behind the interface block, making what should be 18 recipes.
