Describe the bug

You can place cables and other multipart blocks inside the player, leading to some kind of weird behaviour when placing it.

How to reproduce the bug

Get a cable (any type)
Look straight down
Place two cables
You are now standing inside cables.

Expected behavior

Not being able to place cables if their hitbox intersects with an entities hitbox, like other blocks.

Additional details

Probably happens on fabric too.
