Describe the bug

The monitor here is rotated 90 degrees clockwise from the orientation I'd prefer it in, since this is on the floor next to my "primary" terminals.

The wrench does nothing to rotate the crafting monitor in this orientation.

How to reproduce the bug

Place crafting monitor with screen facing "up" - I presume "down" would also work. Attempt to rotate with either wrench from AE2 or any other wrench.

Expected behavior

I would be able to rotate the monitor vertically counter clockwise.

No, this is doable. We do it for monitors attached to cables too.
Currently it's just a matter of not having time to implement it.
