Network components placed by a player should share that player's security access

Describe the feature
To make subnetworks' interactions with security terminals more intuitive for players, have network components placed by a player share that player's security access.
That way if you make a subnetwork on your network, the components on that subnetwork will function without having to set default permissions on the security terminal, but if someone without access tries to make a malicious subnetwork, it won't work.

Reasons why it should be considered
It would make security setups easier to work with and less complex/frustrating.
