Describe the bug

Our Servers crashes after setting a mekanism ore slurry in an interface (i think it was clean uranium slurry).
The crash persists through restarts the second me system or chunk loads, i cant tell because the affected location is chunk loaded.

I will report this issue to the mekanism team as well, since the crash log seams its mostly a mekanism problem. But since it happend connected to the interface i will report it here as well.

How to reproduce the bug

Idk place a slurry in an interface i guess?
