Describe the feature

Currently redstone tries to connect to any face of a cable bus block, which can be annoying when working in close quarters to an ae2 system. It makes sense for facades to stop any redstone connection as they are a sold block face between the redstone and the cable.

Reasons why it should be considered

It would make building with redstone around AE2 much nicer.

Current behaviour:

This could be considered a feature. Facades do not change any cable connection behavior, by design, so I don't think they should block redstone? (It's also easier to not do anything :P)
