Describe the bug

Jade for 1.19.1 (and 1.19.2) is version 8.x but AE2's 1.19.1 optional Jade range is capped at not allowing Jade 8

How to reproduce the bug

Try to launch with Jade in 1.19.1

Expected behavior

For the launch to be successful.

Additional details

It would also probably be a good idea to up the max mc and forge version bounds as 1.19.2 is fully compatible with 1.19.1 mods. Though that will be less of an issue once MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#8946 is merged.

I admit, I didn't notice this because we pull in Jade via CurseMaven (i haven't found another stable Maven for it), meaning I only see the file id in gradle.properties :-(
