Describe the feature

when working with a VERY large ME setup, If I make a channel change and an interface goes offline, there's no easy way to identify which device is offline. It would be nice if they all had indicators (similar to the drives) that showed online / offline. If I look across my system and see a red light, then I would know right away that something was broken.

Reasons why it should be considered

To ease in troubleshooting.
