Describe the feature

Im pretty sure I remember having this feature in the forge version but simply an option to power on and off the ME system with a lever to save power when not in use.

Reasons why it should be considered

I believe it was in the mod before and if it wasn't, I think it would be beneficial for people like me who don't usually have a lot of power stored.

pretty sure you can use toggle busses for that, to section off, well, sections of your network

yeah, just put your energy acceptor and energy cells on one side and your network on the other and you can cut power with a lever.
