Add support for EMI

EMI is a very unique recipe browser, which is different from REI/JEI. its unique recipe tree function can improve the game experience.

We don't have the time/will to maintain integration for two recipe viewers (REI integration is falling behind JEI integration already), let's not make it worse. All of these mods should agree on a common API if they want everyone to support them.

@Technici4n showed me a vid of his integration in Modern Industrialization. EMI seems to be quite cool, so this is on the table again.
