JEI synced search with auto-clear clears the search when starting an autocraft job

The menu is reopened, so the current naive logic thinks it's the first time the menu is opened, and clears the JEI search.

Reproduction:

  • Search something with auto-clear JEI synced search.
  • Start a crafting job.
  • Notice the search text is gone.
