Differentiate between Forge and Fabric versions in artifact-ids and filenames

To make them easier to distinguish the mod filenames should include a -fabric and -forge suffix respectively.
This should also apply to the maven artifact ids (it's the case for fabric already,but should also be the case for forge, if it's not already).
