Describe the bug

Upon loading the world up in my 1.18.2 server, it crashes the game. We updated from AE2 version 11.2.0

How to reproduce the bug

Place down a Quantum Ring and power it. If it doesn't crash, save the world and re-open it.

Expected behavior

The game not to crash :)
