(1.18.2-Forge-11.6.0 & 1) Crash When Loading Up (Not a Start-up Crash)

Describe the bug
After playing with 11.5.0 for a while. I saw an update for 11.6.0. But when I try and load the game, it crashes. Downgrading back to 11.5.0 worked. and I even tried the latest version, 11.6.1, but that crashes too.
How to reproduce the bug
I'm not too sure how you would reproduce. but:
Update to AE2-11.6.0/1, launch the game, run into error.
Expected behavior
When playing with a previous AE2 version (11.5.0) I would not crash. Yet updating to11.6.0 and 11.6.1 crashes. It is supposed to run normally.

Since you're playing with MEGA Cells, that'll most likely be the culprit. I've only just released an update for that add-on for it to be compatible with the new release of AE2.
