1.19.2 version Startup Crash with Optifine H9

Describe the bug
Client crashes at the end of loading with Optifine H9 ( Took out all other mods, and tried with only these 2 were put into mods)
How to reproduce the bug
Just put Applied energistics 1.19.2 version ( any ) into the mod folder with optifine H9 and start the client.
(Using the latest java)
Expected behavior
I'd expect the game launch normally :)
Additional details
Error Message:
The game crashed whilst rendering overlay
Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'void net.minecraft.client.renderer.block.model.BakedQuad.(int[], int, net.minecraft.core.Direction, net.minecraft.client.renderer.texture.TextureAtlasSprite, boolean, boolean)'
