Describe the bug

Cables are not removed from the player's inventory when they are placed at the feet of the player. However, a valid cable is still placed. This has the effect of the cable being duplicated. This appears to impact all cable types.

Tested versions:

• ae2 12.8.3-beta (forge/v12.8.3-beta)
• forge 43.1.47
• minecraft 1.19.2

and

• ae2 12.8.3-beta (fabric/v12.8.3-beta)
• fabric api 0.64.0
• fabric loader 0.14.10
• minecraft 1.19.2

How to reproduce the bug

Place cable at feet. Cable is not removed from inventory, but a valid cable is placed.

Cable quantity should be reduced when the cable is placed or the cable should not be able to be placed.
