Can't insert or take out items from ME pattern encoding terminal

Describe the bug
When having only ME pattern encoding terminal connected, after some time, the terminal gets stuck, and I can no longer insert nor take out items.
I have connected 12 channels over a dense cable to my system. 1 is for crafting CPU and the others are for Pattern providers. And 1 ME drive is on different cable.
No matter where on the whole network was the terminal (even on separate route from controller) the terminal was after some time rendered unusable.
I was not able to reproduce it when more terminals were connected, However, the amount of time before it stopped working each time was various and I might have not just waited long enought.
Every time I was able to make system work by destroying the dense cable and placing it back. This solution was only temporarily.
How to reproduce the bug
Have network with more than 11 channels used.
Connect ME pattern encoding terminal.
Wait for some time. (not so long, max 5 mins)
Enjoy the bug
Expected behavior
To be able to use the terminal as usualy.

Can items be inserted via other means when this happens? e.g. import/export bus, interface export
I think I've seen similar issues, but I don't remember how they occurred and whether we fixed them or not. Can you show a picture of your system? Also, if you could try reproducing the issue with only AE2 installed in a test world I would better be able to reproduce it myself locally and debug it. Thanks a lot!
I have tried to reproduce the bug on fresh instalation with only AE2 and AE2 Things (to reproduce my setup with Advanced Inscribers in it), but no matter how hard I tried to break things, I wasn't able to. I also made shure that I used exactly same versions of everything.
However, the setup looked like this:
In my original setup, I might have had two different types of cables connected on chunk border. But as I rerouted my system, I haven't made any backups, so I would not be able to confirm that. I also tried replicating it, but without succes.
Maybe the problem might have been insuficient power source.
