Redstone emitter could have an setting that makes them direct Redstone lvl at itself i.e. the cable its place on, instead of the cable its facing.

Reasons why it should be considered

currently if you want a level emitter to give another part a redstone signal you would need to split off another cable to the side and place it on that cable facing the part you want it to signal which looks awkward and clunky, if it could direct the redstone signal at the cable its placed on then you could say have a export bus with a redstone card on one side and the level emitter on the other side of the same cable and function like that, without the need for a split cable and awkward look.

Additional details

while thinking about this i thought maybe the level emitter could be turned into a upgrade card itself allowing parts to function like a emitter and redstone card pair (or just put the functionality into the redstone upgrade card but that would not make much sense as then the redstone card would make the part that now responds to redstone, not need a redstone signle) but adding another upgrade card to the ones needed for some cases with bus's I.E. redstone, capacity, fuzzy. leaves very little room for acceleration cards slowing down a already pretty slow buss. plus redstone level emitter would be used far less often if they were only needed to signal machines and not AE itself.
